About measures for sales promotion of investment projects with high value added

For the purpose of sales promotion of investment projects with high value added:

1. Determine that:

1.1. to the legal entities included in the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus (further - legal entities), in case of sales term them investment projects (further - projects) which following the results of 2016 will allow to provide in general on the legal entity annual value added * not below threshold values of annual value added counting on one average worker by types of economic activity according to appendix, are compensated from means of the republican budget interest for using the bank loans received from January 1, 2014 to January 1, 2017 for projects implementation, in the amount of, established in subitem 1.3 of this Item, during all term of the use of these credits determined in case of the conclusion of the credit agreement. Compensation of percent to the specified legal entities is performed without increase (education) in share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized funds of these legal entities;

* For the purposes of this Decree "value added" is understood the volume of production (works, services) in selling prices less the accrued taxes and charges from revenue as indicator minus material costs (without payment for natural resources) and the other costs consisting of the rent, entertainment expenses and services of other organizations.
