Determine the Ministry of infrastructure the customer of the Program.

2. Together with interested central and local executive bodies to submit to the ministry of infrastructure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the State target program of construction and arrangement of parking for cargo vehicles for 2014-2017.
