1. This Procedure establishes the mechanism of determination and satisfaction of social requirements and needs for medical care to veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, the victims of Nazi prosecutions and families of the died (died) soldiers (further - veterans) for the purpose of improvement of their social protection and delivery of health care.
2. Determination and satisfaction of social requirements and needs for medical care of veterans (further - needs of veterans) is performed in the way:
carrying out inspection of social conditions of accommodation of veterans;
determinations and carrying out analysis of individual needs of veterans, in particular states of health, providing with privileges;
development and accomplishment of the actions plan on requirements satisfaction of veterans.
3. Subjects, the needs of veterans providing determination, are:
Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations;
