About approval of the master plan of the city of Khiva for the period till 2030

For the purpose of further complex development of the city of Khiva, improvement of quality and level of the layout and building in its territory the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the master plan of the city of Khiva provided by khokimiyat of the Khorezm region and approved with Republican architectural town-planning council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the period till 2030 with basic provisions and technical and economic indicators according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2.

2. To provide to khokimiyat of the Khorezm region till September 1, 2013 in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the project of city city boundaries of Khiva taking into account actions for development and approval of the specified project according to appendix No. 3.

3. To khokimiyat of the Khorezm region together with khokimiyat of the city of Khiva and the interested ministries and departments till August 1, 2013 to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to submit in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for approval the Program of realization of basic provisions of the master plan of the city of Khiva, having provided in it:

ensuring effective use of city lands by branch them under construction in strict accordance with the master plan of the city;

enhancement of the transport scheme according to the master plan of the city;

development of industry schemes of utility infrastructure (water supply, the sewerage, electric utility service, heat supply, gas supply, sanitary cleaning of the territory) on the basis of project solutions of the master plan of the city;

actions for engineering training of the territory and lowering of the level of ground waters in the territory of selitebny and utility and warehouse zones of the city.
