1. Approve Norma of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to employees of steam-power, energy economy, stations and workshops on development of generating gas which are applied.

2. Consider not applied in the territory of Ukraine "Standard industry regulations of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers and the employee of steam-power and energy economy (except production of electrical energy)", No. 43/P-2, the "Standard industry regulations of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers and the employee of the stations and workshops on development of generating gas" approved by the resolution of the State committee of the USSR on work and social problems and Presidium of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions of February 20, 1980 approved by the resolution of the State committee of the USSR on work and social problems and Presidium of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions of September 23, 1980 No. 296/P-10.

3. To public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine (Hokhotva A. I.) in accordance with the established procedure:

1) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) to enter the order in the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to employees of steam-power, energy economy, stations and workshops on development of generating gas

I. General provisions

1.1. This Regulations extend to all subjects of managing irrespective of patterns of ownership and legal form, performing activities in steam-power, energy economy, at stations and in workshops on development of generating gas.

1.2. These Regulations are developed for professions of employees of steam-power, energy economy, stations and workshops on development of generating gas which list corresponds to the Qualifier of professions of recreation center 003:2010, No. 327 approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of July 28, 2010.

1.3. These Regulations establish requirements for issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment (further - SIZ), their types and terms socks which classification and designation of protective properties conform to requirements of DSTU 7239:2011 "Occupational safety standards system. Individual protection equipment. General requirements and classification "and GOST 12.4.103-83" Occupational safety standards system. 1.5. Requirements to the level of safety of SIZ, carrying out assessment procedure of compliance to such requirements, establishment of rules of marking of the specified means and their introduction in the address shall conform to requirements of the Technical regulation of individual protection equipment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 2008 No. 761.

1.9. Employees of steam-power, energy economy, stations and workshops on development of generating gas which perform the works which are not specified in the Section II of this Regulations are provided to SIZ according to requirements of regulations of free issue of SIZ to workers of the corresponding types of economic activity.

1.10. Control of correctness and timeliness of providing workers of SIZ is performed by state supervision bodies behind labor protection and labor protections of subjects of managing.
