About approval of the Procedure for test of the statement and the documents submitted for receipt of special permission to occupation by traditional medicine (healing)

According to article 74-1 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care, for the purpose of realization of the Procedure for issue and cancellation of the special permission to occupation traditional medicine (healing) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2012 No. 1145, according to subitem 6.13 of the subitem 6 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for test of the statement and the documents submitted for receipt of special permission to occupation by traditional medicine (healing) which is applied.

2. Determine Management of quality control of medical services (T. Donchenko) by responsible structural division of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine concerning issue (renewal, cancellation, issue of the duplicate) special permission to occupation traditional medicine (healing).

3. To provide to management of quality control of medical services (T. Donchenko) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister A. Tolstanov.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
