About approval of the Procedure of border control of organized groups of passengers at check points through frontier for sea and automobile communication

According to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About border control", at check points through frontier for sea and automobile communication we ORDER to the subitem 3 of item 4 of the Regulations on Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 399, to the subitem 8 of Item 5 of the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of the integrated management of borders approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 5, 2011 No. 2-r for the purpose of acceleration and simplification of boundary procedures of organized tourist or other groups of passengers:

1. Approve the Procedure of border control of organized groups of passengers at check points through frontier for sea and automobile communication which is applied.

2. To management of interaction with the central executive bodies and bodies of the military of the Department of MIA of Ukraine (the Cherkassk R. A.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to department of coordination of policy of development of infrastructure and tourism (Snitko M. P.) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

4. (Sobolevskoma G. G.) to provide to the state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport publication of this order in the Ports of Ukraine edition.
