About modification of some decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission

According to the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011, the Protocol of December 16, 2011 on accession of the Russian Federation to the Marrakesh agreement on organization of the World Trade Organization of April 15, 1994 and obligations within the World Trade Organization, stipulated in Item 620 Reports of the Working group on accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization, based on article 8 of the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of January 25, 2008 and the report of Department of protection of the domestic market prepared by results of repeated special protective investigation concerning the pipes from stainless steel with an outer diameter up to 426 mm inclusive imported on single customs area of the Customs union after consultations with the Advisory committee on trade the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
