About entering of amendments into some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local public administration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 999) the following amendment:
add Article 9 with Item 10-1 of the following content:
"10-1) transfer of less valuable agricultural holdings in more valuable types of grounds, equivalent types of agricultural holdings - from one type in another;".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law in a month.
