1.1. This Procedure is prepared according to Article 196.1 of the Customs Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Customs Code) and establishes procedure for determination of performance standard or average performance standard of transactions (further - performance standard) on special customs procedure of conversion.
1.2. The performance standard is certain quantity or percent of products received as a result of conversion of the goods placed under special customs procedure of conversion.
2.1. The performance standard is determined based on the actual conditions under which are performed or transactions on conversion shall be performed.
