Approve attached to this order Regulations of the Direction of Requests in banks and the organizations, performing separate types of banking activities according to data on availability, and bank account numbers, on remaining balance and movement of money on these accounts by means of information system in the "Electronic Control of Tax Audit" mode.

2. To managerial control of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - MF RK Oil Company) (Streltsova N. V.) to bring this order to the attention of employees of MF RK Oil Company, tax departments on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of MF RK Oil Company Kipshakov of A.M. and heads of tax departments on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
