1. Approve Regulations on procedure for consideration of materials and decision making on assignment (appointment) of radio frequency or the radio-frequency channel it (is applied).
2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of permissions of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Belarus for telecommunication of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2008 No. 1401 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of permissions of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Belarus for telecommunication of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2006 No. 1054 and of November 21, 2007 No. 1560 and recognition voided some resolutions and separate provisions of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 236, 5/28423), the following changes and amendments:
