To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Head department of geology under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan till February first of each calendar year to develop and represent for approval to State commission of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on emergency situations the list of farms (families) which are annually subject to resettlement from danger areas to safe places.

3. To the Ministry of Labour, migration and employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan together with executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Sughd and Khatlon areas, cities, areas of republican subordination to exercise constant control behind the course of resettlement of ecological migrants according to the Plan.
