3. To determine the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan the executive agency of this Project.

4. Approve structure of Liquidation commission of Public institution, Center of project implementation "Increase in level of living in Hatlona" (is applied).

5. Liquidation commission in accordance with the established procedure to complete questions of liquidation of Public institution "Center of project implementation "Increase in level of living in Hatlona" and to provide for approval intermediate and final liquidating balances of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
