About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the register of the population"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 "About the register of the population" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 184, 2/1515; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2012, 2/1959) following changes and amendments:

1. To state Item 2 of Article 7 in the following edition:

"2. Conducting entries in the register is performed by the state organizations by means of transfer of personal data in the form of electronic documents.".

2. From Item 2 of Article 9 of the word", except as specified" to exclude changes of birth date, sex of the physical person, mistakenly generated identification number.

3. In Article 10:

to exclude subitem 1.2 of Item 1 and subitem 4.5 of item 4;

to state subitems 3.1-3.3 of Item 3 in the following edition:

3.2. date of transfer in institution of higher education;

3.3. end date of institution of higher education;".

4. In Article 12:

in Item 2:

exclude subitems 2.3 and 2.9;

the second or fourth subitem 2.8 to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"name of institution of higher education;

date of transfer in institution of higher education;

end date of institution of higher education;";

in subitem 2.16:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"2.16. the bodies registering acts of civil status (except for consular establishments, and also diplomatic representations of the Republic of Belarus in case of accomplishment of consular functions by them):";
