About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of the passport of bus station (bus station)

In pursuance of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About allowing procedures in the field of business activity" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of the passport of bus station (bus station) according to appendix.

2. To the ministry of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

till November 1, 2014 to make issue of the passport of bus station (bus station) of new sample to the subjects of entrepreneurship who received the passport of bus station (bus station) before entry into force of this resolution according to requirements of this resolution;

in week time to approve the schedule of replacement of valid passports of bus stations (bus stations) by passports of bus station (bus station) of new sample;

in case of issue of the passport of bus station (bus station) of new sample to pay attention to non-admission of the facts of bureaucracy, red tape and tightening of terms of their issue;

in a month to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by it into accord with this resolution;

provide the organization and holding actions for extended coverage of the purposes, content and the practical importance of this resolution among subjects of entrepreneurship.

3. Determine that:

the activities of subjects of entrepreneurship provided by passports of bus station (bus station) which are received before entry into force of this resolution shall be performed according to requirements of this resolution;
