About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

Being guided by articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and amendments in the following regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- The provision "About the Minimum Requirements on Credit Risk Management in Banks and in Other Financial Credit Institutes Licensed by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 52/4 of 30.06.2010;

- The temporary procedure for application of special classification of the credits answering to certain criteria, approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 5/6 of 2.03.2006 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 7, 2006, registration number 35-06;

- The provision "About the Minimum Requirements on Credit Risk Management in the Microfinancial Organizations Which Are Not Attracting Deposits (Deposits)" approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 35/14 of September 25, 2013;

- Provisional regulations for the general principles of classification of assets and forming of reserves on covering of potential losses and losses by the microfinancial organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic which do not have the right to the implementation of acceptance of deposits from physical persons and legal entities approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 31/3 of October 22, 2003.
