About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968

1. Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968 "Questions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 129, 5/22712; 2007, No. 262, 5/26035; 2009, No. 82, 5/29522; 2010, No. 134, 5/31941), following changes:
in subitem 4.9 of the word of "the commercial organizations with foreign investments" shall be replaced with words "the organizations, founders (participants, owners of property) of which are foreign investors";
in subitem 4.30-3 of the word of "the foreign capital" shall be replaced with words "foreign investors".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 24, 2014.
