Determine that means of system of video surveillance behind condition of public safety shall conform to technical requirements to the television systems of video surveillance installed according to Chapter 3 of the Regulations on application of security systems and television systems of the video surveillance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2012 No. 1135 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.12. 2012, 5/36608).
2. Approve the enclosed list of means of system of video surveillance behind condition of public safety.
3. Bring in the Regulations on application of security systems and television systems of video surveillance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2012 No. 1135 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.12. 2012, 5/36608), following amendments and changes:
3.1. add the Provision with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. The security system shall be under construction with possibility of its further scaling, and also with possibility of bystry access (dismantle, installation) for carrying out repair, maintenance.";
3.2. state Item 6 in the following edition:
