1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450 "About approval of Rules of the conclusion and execution of construction contracts" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 26, Art. 683; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 82, 5/34140; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.07. 2013, 5/37558) following amendment and change:

1.1. add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Make to the Ministry of Architecture explanations concerning application of the Rules of the conclusion and execution of construction contracts approved by this resolution.";

1.2. in paragraph one of part one of Item 66 of Rules of the conclusion and execution of the construction contracts approved by this resolution to replace the word "eight" with the word "five".

2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

2.1. subitem 1.2 of Item 1 - since January 1, 2014;

2.2. other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
