1. This Provision developed according to the paragraph the thirteenth article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 1998 "About free economic zones" (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1999, No. 1, the Art. 2), is determined procedure for maintaining the register of residents of the free economic zone (further - the register).
2. The register is single databank about residents of the free economic zone (further - residents) and is kept by the accruing result for the purpose of systematization of data on the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs registered as resident or who lost resident status.
3. Maintaining the register and its maintenance in urgent condition are performed by administration of the free economic zone in electronic form in form according to appendix.
