1. Agree with the offer of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, khokimiyat of the city of Tashkent and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition on voluntary conveyance to the State Tax Committee on the right of operational management of the 4-storey building of the hostel which is state-owned property with the adjacent territory, at the address: Tashkent, Yakkasaraysky district, the street of Beaubourg, 15 "a" (further - object).

2. To transfer to khokimiyat of Tashkent to week time, and to the State Tax Committee to accept in accordance with the established procedure the object specified in Item 1 of this resolution and to provide its target use.

3. To provide to the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

by own extrabudgetary funds reconstruction and necessary hardware of the accepted object, and also arrangement of the adjacent territory;

use of the accepted object as office housing for the staff of the State Tax Committee and to create necessary conditions for accommodation of employees and their families.

4. Consider invalid line 1 of appendix No. 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 25, 2013 No. 209 "About measures for further improvement of housing-and-municipal conditions of the population of Tashkent".

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.
