1. Establish for 2014 to the ministries, departments, economic associations, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent forecast tasks for procurement and delivery of scrap, waste of ferrous metals according to appendix No. 1.

In ten-day time to provide to the ministries, departments and economic associations, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent the conclusion with the subordinated organizations of contracts with structural divisions of JSC Uzmetkombinat for procurement and delivery of scrap, waste of ferrous metals according to the established task.

2. Approve for 2014:

balance of procurement and consumption of scrap, waste of ferrous metals and scopes of supply under direct agreements of scrap, waste of ferrous metals to the companies having own foundry production according to appendices No. No. 2 and 3;

balance of production and realization of the hire of ferrous metals made by JSC Uzmetkombinat and scopes of supply of hire of ferrous metals under direct agreements to state-financed organizations, and also large republican consumers according to appendices No. No. 4 and 5.
