About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2006 No. 829

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2006 No. 829 "About establishment of rates for services in maintenance (the customs escort obligatory for maintenance) of the goods and (or) vehicles moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus automobile and by rail" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 108, 5/22544; 2011, No. 118, 5/34614) following changes and amendments:

1.1. to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:

"About establishment of rates for services in maintenance (the customs escort obligatory for maintenance) of the goods and (or) vehicles moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus with road transport, and services in obligatory maintenance of the protected loads moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus by rail";

1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Establish rates for services in maintenance (the customs escort obligatory for maintenance) of the goods and (or) vehicles moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus with road transport, and services in obligatory maintenance of the protected loads moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus by rail according to appendix.";

1.3. to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 30, 2013, except for Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
