About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2007 No. 381 and some questions of the organization of obligatory maintenance

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2007 No. 381 "About approval of the inventory with indication of code of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus, belonging to non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol and subject to obligatory maintenance" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 80, 5/24946; No. 253, 5/26001; 2009, No. 175, 5/30205) following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word of "The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union";
1.2. in the inventory with indication of code of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus, belonging to non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol and subject to obligatory maintenance, approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. in the name of the word of "The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union";
1.2.2. in Section 1:
"customs" and "customs" to exclude from the name of the Section of the word;
