1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 27, 2011 No. 1211 "About questions of subsidizing of the state theaters, museums, concert and cultural and leisure organizations" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 58, the Art. 823) the following changes:

1) in Rules of allocation of budget subsidies for covering of the losses connected with provision of services on ensuring availability of the theatrical, cultural and leisure and concert actions to the population, promotion of classical, folk, musical and choreographic art approved by the specified resolution:

"3. Distribution of budget subsidies from the republican and local budget by the administrator of the budget program is performed by the direction of the amount on covering of losses of the state theaters, cultural and leisure and concert organizations, minus the size of the loss covered at the expense of own means.

4. Allocation of budget subsidies from the republican budget is made according to the consolidating plans of financing according to obligations and payments approved by the central authorized body on execution of budgets. At the same time the size of subsidies for covering of losses of republican theaters and the concert organizations shall not exceed the size specified in appendix 4 to these rules.";
