1. Approve the Procedure for conducting non-state examination of project town-planning documents and accreditation of experts it (is applied).

2. To committee on architecture and construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for realization of this Procedure.

Procedure for conducting non-state examination of project town-planning documents and accreditation of experts

1. General provisions

1. The procedure for conducting non-state examination of project town-planning documents and accreditation of experts (further the Procedure) is developed for the purpose of implementation of articles 64 and 65 of the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. In this Procedure the following basic concepts are applied:

- non-state examination - examination of project documents, for the purpose of control of observance of requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, regulations, rules and standards after project development;
