1. Approve Criteria and procedure for categorization of the objects which are subject to obligatory protection of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to bring industry regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
