1. Ceased to be valid

2. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 07.06.2012 No. 753

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2002 N 1032 "About approval of Rules of turnover of military person-portable small arms and ammunition to it, and also cold weapon":

in Rules of turnover of military person-portable small arms and ammunition to it, and also cold weapon, approved by the specified resolution:

add item 4 with paragraphs of the following content:

"Production of weapon and cartridges to it is performed by the legal entities having licenses for production (research, development, testing, production, and also art finishing, repair, assembly, alteration) of weapon, production of cartridges and their components.

Legal entities can obtain the license as in general on production of weapon and cartridges to it (taking into account single technological complex), and on its separate types.".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to publication.
