About approval of Rules of carrying out rotation of administrative government employees of the case "A" and entering of amendments into some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out rotation of administrative government employees of the case "A".

2. Make additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 10, 2000 No. 357 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of public service" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 15, the Art. 141):

in Regulations on procedure for passing of public service, approved by the above-named Decree:

add with Item 43-1 of the following content:

"43-1. Technical supply of test procedures, maintenance and administration of the automated database on personnel of public service, collection, processing and personal data protection of government employees are performed by the legal entity determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, hundred percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which belong to the state.";
