1. This Procedure establishes the mechanism of determination of sufficient financial provision of foreigners and stateless persons for entry into Ukraine, their stay in the territory of Ukraine, transit through the territory of Ukraine and departure out of its limits to other state and the amount of such providing.
2. Action of this Procedure does not extend on:
foreigners and stateless persons which constantly live in Ukraine;
persons specified in parts four and the fifth article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons";
