Regulations about functioning of the interbank money market in national currency

Chapter I General provisions

1. These regulations establish the principles, rules and the main terms of functioning of the interbank money market in national currency, powers and responsibility of participants, features of the relations between participants when implementing transactions in this market, and also other necessary measures for permanent and transparent functioning of this market.

2. For accomplishment of the main powers National Bank of Moldova:
