In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 for the purpose of project implementation "Development of trolleybus transport in municipium of Belts" financed from means of the loan granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and by grant of the Investment fund of the neighbourhood of the European Union, the municipal company "Trolleybus Management of Belts" and primeriya of municipium of Belts and also business entities (according to the agreements signed based on procedures of the EBRD for purchases) are exempted from import payments on imported goods (property), works and the accompanying services and from the value added tax on goods (property), works and the accompanying services acquired in the territory of the Republic of Moldova (according to appendix), intended for implementation of the specified project, without the right of alienation of these goods (property), works and the accompanying services.
