Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2013 No. 683 "Some questions of release of finance treasurer bills" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 73, the Art. 2693) and of September 26, 2013 No. 720 "About limiting establishment of amount of issue of finance treasurer bills for debt repayment on difference in rates for heat energy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 79, the Art. 2928) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2013 No. 683 and of September 26, 2013 No. 720

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2013 No. 683:

1) to add Item 1 with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) debt restructurings on difference in rates for heat energy, services in centralized water supply and drainage system which were made, transported and delivered to the population that it was formed in the current year as of October 1, 2013 in connection with discrepancy of actual cost of heat energy and services in centralized water supply and drainage system to rates which affirmed and/or approved by bodies the government or local government bodies.";
