About redistribution of some expenses of the government budget provided to the Ministry of Finance for 2013 and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Finance for 2013 in the general fund of the government budget (nation-wide expenses), expense reallocation in the amount 602292, by 3 thousand hryvnias by reduction of their amount according to the Reserve fund program 3511030 and increases in amount of expenses of development in the program 3511090 "The public capital expenditures distributed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine including construction of modern medical and diagnostic complex of National children's specialized hospital "Okhmatdet", reconstruction and expansion of National institute of cancer, construction of sports constructions with artificial ice, acquisition of medical motor transport and the medical equipment, support of reforming of health care system".

2. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Provide:

1) to the main managers of budgetary funds:

approvals of expense reallocation of the government budget, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, and the transfer of budget settings provided by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 11, 2013 No. 76 "Some questions of use in 2013 of the public capital expenditures" (taking into account the changes made by this resolution), with Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

developments and approvals in case of need procedures for use of the appropriate budgetary funds;

representation monthly to the 5th to the Ministry of Finance the report on use of budgetary funds by budget programs, the directions, objects and actions;
