According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About seaports of Ukraine",  subitems 4.3.22 and 4.3.23 of subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, of the subitem "g" of Item 2 of Powers of the central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, executive bodies of city councils on price regulation and rates for separate types of products, goods and services (appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 to No. 1548 (with changes), resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2013 No. 405 "About approval of the list of specialized services in seaport by subjects of natural monopolies which are subject to state regulation" I ORDER:

1. Approve Rates for services in ensuring pilot pilotage which are applied.

2. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of 10.06.2014 No. 239

3. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sea and river transport:

1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
