1. Approve Rates for services in traffic regulation of courts which are applied.

2. Bring in Charges and service fee which are provided to courts of foreign swimming in seaports of Ukraine, the Ministries of transport of Ukraine approved by the order of June 27, 1996 No. 214, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 24, 1996 for No. 374/1399 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of December 15, 2000 No. 711), the following changes:
