1. Make change to item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 4, 2009 No. 2053/5 "About organizational measures for delivery, storage, the address, accounting of special forms of notarial documents and the reporting on their use", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 9, 2009 for No. 1043/17059 (with changes), having stated it in the following edition:
"4. Accomplishment of functions on the organization of production, delivery to offices of notary public, the Public notarial Records Offices, private notaries, primary accounting of delivery to assign destruction of the damaged, cancelled and defective special forms of notarial documents to the state company "Ministries of Justice of Ukraine information center.
2. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Bogdanov L. V.) take necessary organizational measures for uninterrupted providing offices of notary public, the Public notarial Records Offices, private notaries with special forms of notarial documents.
