About modification of the Regulations on state registration of printing mass media

According to Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on state registration of printing mass media approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 21, 2006 No. 12/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 24, 2006 for No. 173/12047 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 23, 2007 No. 194/5), the following changes:

in Chapter 2:

to add the subitem 1 of Item 2.2 with new paragraphs of the following content:

"Connected person (persons):

if the connected person is the legal entity, the founder gives its full name, identification code of the legal entity;

if the connected person is the physical person, including: the husband, the wife, children and parents, the stepmother and the stepfather, brothers, sisters and their children, husbands (wives) together with whom the founder exercises control of printing mass media the founder gives surname, name, middle name of this person, its registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer (in the presence). For physical persons which because of the religious beliefs refused adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and notified on it the relevant monitoring body series and passport number are specified;";

to state the subitem 1 of Item 2.4 in the following edition:

"1) certified by seal of the legal entity and the signature of his head of the copy of the charter (provision), acting at the time of giving;";

add Item 2.8 with the subitem 4 following of content:

"4) if the founder (cofounders) violates requirements of article 10 of the Law.".
