About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About Special Assessment of Working Conditions"

Article 1

In paragraph four of part one of article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation of July 2, 1992 No. 3185-1 "About mental health services and guarantees of the rights of citizens in case of its rendering" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 33, Art. 1913; Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4172; No. 48, the Art. 6165) words of "certification of workplaces under the terms of work" shall be replaced with words 2013, "special assessment of working conditions".

Article 2

2) in Article 6:

a) to state subitem 10.1 of Item 2 in the following edition:

18) data on the amounts of warranty compensation received by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation from the "Deposit Insurance Agency" state corporation for benefit of this insured person according to the Federal Law "About Guaranteeing the Rights of Insured Persons in System of Mandatory Pension Insurance of the Russian Federation during the Forming and Investment of Means of Pension Accruals, Establishment and Implementation of Payments at the expense of Means of Pension Accruals".";

3) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 03.07.2016 No. 250-FZ
