1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out by law-enforcement bodies of the additional actions connected with providing rights and freedoms of man and citizen and normal functioning of public authorities of Ukraine.
2. Law-enforcement bodies in case of availability of information on possible disorderly conduct, threats of making of extremist actions, violation of the law when holding meetings, meetings, street processions also demonstrate the following additional measures for the purpose of providing rights and freedoms of man and citizen and normal functioning of public authorities of Ukraine:
temporary restriction of movement of vehicles on streets, roads, objects (territories);
temporary restriction of access for citizens to certain sites of the area and objects.
3. Additional measures do not extend to inhabitants, employees of organizations, the companies, organizations and the organizations, office vehicles, vehicles of specialized and special purpose, etc.
4. Additional events are held and stop according to the decision of the corresponding head of law-enforcement body.
5. Information on holding additional actions is brought to the attention of the population.
