About modification and amendments in the Instruction for reflection in financial accounting of interbank calculations in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus

Based on the paragraph of the thirty fifth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction for reflection in financial accounting of interbank calculations in banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 1, 2011 No. 483 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 131, 8/24398), the following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 1:

in part one:

"plastic" to replace the word with the word of "payment";

"structural divisions of National Bank, branches (departments) of one bank (further - bank branches)" shall be replaced with words words "bank branches";

the second to state part in the following edition:

"For the purposes of this Instruction between bank branches are understood as calculations including calculations between bank and its branches.";

"3. For reflection in financial accounting in National Bank of interbank calculations in the BISS system, interbank calculations for results of the clearing performed in adjacent systems the following balance sheet accounts according to the chart of accounts of financial accounting in National Bank are used:

3.1. in National Bank as the organizer of interbank calculations:

3200 "Correspondent accounts of banks for intra republican calculations";

3202 "Correspondent accounts of the non-bank credit and financial organizations for intra republican calculations";

3204 "Correspondent account of Development bank for intra republican calculations";
