About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with enhancement of the procedure of registration in federal state information systems

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with enhancement of the procedure of registration in federal state information systems

1. In the Regulations on the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2011 No. 861 "About the federal state information systems providing electronic submission of the state and municipal services (implementation of functions)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 44, Art. 6274; No. 49, Art. 7284):

a) add Item 1 with subitems "g" and "d" of the following content:

"d) access for applicants to other information connected with provision of the state and municipal services and execution of the state and municipal functions, containing in the state and municipal information resources which placement in open access is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation;

e) access for applicants to the data placed in information systems according to the paragraph the second Item 5 of this provision.";

b) to declare paragraph two of Item 9 invalid;

c) add with Items 9 (1) - 9(3) following contents:
