For the purpose of increase in efficiency of carrying out checking of measuring instruments, specification of terminology, streamlining of terms and frequency of checking of measuring instruments, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring unity of measurements" of September 27, 2012 No. 664 the following changes and amendment:
- in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out checking of measuring instruments in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Measuring instruments which are used only in the educational purposes are not subject to checking, designation "U" shall be applied on them. The corresponding designation is specified in their operational documents.";
add with Item 9-1 of the following content:
"9-1. The calibrated measuring instruments applied in test and calibrating laboratories are not subject to checking.";
- in Regulations on the procedure for production, application and storage of verification marks approved by the above-stated resolution:
in appendix 2:
in line 6 of the column "Measuring Instruments on Which the Brand Print Is Applied" of the word and figure of "The weight of the 5th class" shall be replaced with words also the designations "Weights of the Classes Sq.m and M3";
