About approval of the List of medical psychiatric contraindications for implementation of separate types of the professional activity and activities connected with source of enhanced danger

In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About mental health services", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of mental health service and increase in efficiency of activities of mental health facilities of the republic the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

The list of medical psychiatric contraindications for implementation of separate types of the professional activity and activities connected with source of enhanced danger according to appendix No. 1;

Rules of passing of obligatory psychiatric survey by the workers performing separate types of professional activity and the activities connected with source of enhanced danger according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan to carry out organizational and methodical work on questions of passing of obligatory psychiatric survey of the workers performing separate types of professional activity and the activities connected with source of enhanced danger.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
