 For the purpose of streamlining of organizational and normative bases of activities and the relations in the field of production, import and distribution of materials of religious content, process improvement of conducting examination, and also further enhancement of activities of Committee on cases of religions under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure of activities for production, import and distribution of materials of religious content in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for conducting the state theological examination of materials of religious content according to appendix No. 2;

No. PP-3668 is excluded according to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 16.04.2018

2. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide to committee on cases of religions in a month:

completion of department of work with faiths and examinations by highly qualified specialists, and also necessary information base and office equipment;

the unified register on accounting of the conclusions of theological examinations;

the organization and carrying out work on wide explanation of procedure of activities for production, import and distribution of materials of religious content in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
