About creation of the state company for development of book publishing and system of distribution "The Kyrgyz китеп" under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 05.03.2021 No. 79)

For the purpose of development of system of book publishing and distribution of books, according to Article 87 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for development of state language and enhancement of language policy in the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 1, 2013 155, being guided No. by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create the state company for development of book publishing and system of distribution "The Kyrgyz китеп" under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve the enclosed Charter of the state company for development of book publishing and system of distribution "The Kyrgyz китеп" under the Ministry of Culture, information and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 05.03.2021 No. 79

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
