Bring in the Federal Law of December 8, 2003 No. 164-FZ "About bases of state regulation of foreign trade activity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 50, Art. 4850; 2010, No. 50, Art. 6594; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7351) following changes:
Part 5 of Article 13 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5. Export licenses and (or) import of separate types of goods (except for export licenses and (or) gas import natural in a liquefied state which are issued by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of fuel and energy complex), the stipulated in Article 24 presents of the Federal Law, issues the federal executive body specified in part 3 of this Article.";
"The federal executive body specified regarding 3rd Article 13" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding the 2nd Article 24 of the word "according to part 5 of Article 13".
Bring in the Federal Law of July 18, 2006 No. 117-FZ "About gas export" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 30, the Art. 3293) the following changes:
Part 2 of Article 1 to add 1) with words "(further also - gas natural in gaseous state, gas natural in a liquefied state respectively)";
2) in Article 3:
a) regarding 1 word of "gas" shall be replaced with words "gas natural in gaseous state";
b) add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. The exclusive export right of gas natural in a liquefied state is provided:
1) to persons specified regarding 1 this Article;
