About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 2008 No. 1801 and of December 10, 2010 No. 1798

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 2008 No. 1801 "About creation of mortgages and accounting of the rights on them" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 291, 5/28850):
1.1.1. in appendix to this resolution:
state Items 5 and 6 in the following edition:
"5. The size of the obligation provided with mortgage, the size of percent if they are subject to payment according to this obligation, or the conditions allowing to determine the general size of all requirements for the obligation provided with mortgage, ________________________
6. Completion date of the obligation provided with mortgage or the conditions allowing to determine terms and the amount of payments, __________________________________________";
in Item 8 the word "mortgages" shall be replaced with words "agreements on mortgage";
1.1.2. in Item 7 of the Instruction on procedure for creation of the documentary mortgage approved by this resolution:
in paragraphs the second and fourth subitem 7.1. 1, paragraphs the second and fourth subitem 7.1. 2, paragraphs the second and fourth subitem 7.1. 3, paragraphs the second and fourth subitem 7.2. 1, paragraphs the second and fourth subitem 7.3. 1, paragraphs the second and fourth subitem 7.3.2 of the word "name, middle name" shall be replaced with words "own name, middle name (if that is available)";
in subitem 7.1.4:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "and place";
