1. Approve enclosed:

1) standard of the state service "Issue of Certificates of Availability of Personal Subsidiary Farm";

2) standard of the state service "Recognition of the Breeding Certificate or Document Equivalent to It Issued on the Imported Breeding Products (Material) by Competent Authorities of Exporting Countries";

3) standard of the state service "Subsidizing of Increase in Productivity and Product Quality of Livestock Production";

4) standard of the state service "Subsidizing of Development of Breeding Livestock Production".

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of Certificates of Availability of Personal Subsidiary Farm"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Certificates of Availability of Personal Subsidiary Farm" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

1) in case of the address to the service provider and (or) in the center the certificate of availability of personal subsidiary farm;

2) in case of the address through the portal: the certificate of availability of personal subsidiary farm, in electronic form, certified by the digital signature (further - the EDS) the authorized person of the service provider.

In case of the address through the portal the result of rendering the state service goes to uslugopoluchatel to "personal account" in electronic form, the authorized person of the service provider certified by the EDS.

7. The state service is rendered free of charge.

8. Working schedule:

1) at the service provider the state service appears Monday through Friday inclusive from 9:00 till 18:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:00 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in turn without making an appointment and the accelerated servicing;
